Unilateral Above-the-Knee Amputee - Entering a Car – Sound Side First

Instructions:
  1. Approach car and use door to help balance.
  2. Sit in car sliding buttocks as far in as possible to allow clearance for knees to swing into vehicle.
  3. Swing "sound" leg into vehicle.
  4. Swing prosthesis into vehicle.
